The past few weeks I’ve spent visiting family and contemplating goals for 2013. Last year (2012) was the year of running firsts and delving into yoga. The questions became, where do I want to go from here? Although I’ve been wanting to make resolutions, my ability to stick to resolutions and plans is significantly lacking. As I’ve been mulling over the idea of resolutions, I’ve also been reading all the lists of how to make and keep resolutions.
I’m already signed up for four races in 2013. Three are 5K’s, one is a half-marathon, and I’m planning to sign up for a 10 mile race in the next week. I’m also planning to continue to practice yoga and hope to master new poses. I do need to do some cross training to increase my muscle strength. For 2013 I will:
